CBD and South East Light Rail Project’s Environmental Impact Statement Exhibition

The CBD and South East Light Rail project’s Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) has been submitted to the Department of Planning and Infrastructure and is on public exhibition from 14 November until 16 December 2013.  The EIS outlines the key features of the project, assesses its potential environmental impacts during construction and operation and outlines recommended measures to minimise and manage potential impacts.

As part of the EIS process, you are encouraged to make a submission to the Department of Planning and Infrastructure.  To view the full EIS and make a submission please visit www.majorprojects.planning.nsw.gov.au.  All submissions must be received by Department of Planning and Infrastructure by close of business Monday 16 December 2013.
