Sydney’s Chinatown will come alive this spring for two months with an immersive celebration of arts, lights, music and community. Neon Playground by Chinatown will feature contemporary artists and cutting-edge installations around the Dixon Street area.
The Haymarket Chamber of Commerce is excited to be one of the five organisations collaborating on delivering Neon Playground this October and November, along with Haymarket HQ, Soul of Chinatown, Basalt Studio and Bespok3. We were also very grateful to receive City of Sydney’s Precinct Activation Grant funding for this project.
Neon Playground has been designed to provide visitors a compelling reason to visit Chinatown – and there is an opportunity for you to get directly involved and add your own flair to the project.
