Official Chinatown CNY Banquet Friday 7 February 2020
As the Chinese New Year began its annual 2 week celebrations on the 25 January until the 7 February 2020 the amazing invigorating and high impact Lunar New Year celebrations the City of Sydney brought to the city was incomparable to other years. With more than 10,000 people filling the streets of Chinatown and Darling Square during the Lunar Lanes festival we look forward to Lunar Lanes Festival for CNY 2021!
HCC held our annual CNY Banquet on the Friday 7 February 2020 which again drew a full room of VIPs, HCC members and friends. Thank you for supporting this popular event that signifies our community coming together in harmony in Chinatown. Led by Simon Chan, with Indonesian dancers, DJ Dumpling dance music, our wonderful MCs Jessie Xiao and James Cui, an amazing events team with Serena, Kerena, Jack and Jeff. 25 VIPs and 320 guests, we all had a memorable positive night.
