We would like to thank everyone who joined us for our most successful Business Networking evening in Haymarket on 19 March 2025. A great time was had by one and all and we hope that members and guests who attended found it productive as well.
A very special thanks to our Chamber member and event partner/venue host, Furama Darling Harbour Hotel, for their warm hospitality, fantastic canapés and neon drinks, Millon for their award-winning wines, guitarist Neil Youel for sharing with us his amazing music, and all raffle prize donors for your generosity.
At the end of the evening, some of us joined in the walking tour of the Neon light towers and installations in Chinatown featuring beautiful artworks by some extremely talented Asian Australian artists. These light towers are the main feature of the Neon Playground 2.0 festival of art, lights, music, community and food (15 March to 6 April 2025) of which the Haymarket Chamber of Commerce is a founding and community partner. We were also accompanied on the tour by two of the artists, Pei Kwang and Mitchell Tran, who proudly introduced us to their artworks featured on two of the light towers.
