Motion: “That the minutes of the 2020 AGM as presented to members are a true record of the proceedings of the previous AGM.”

President’s Report.

Treasurer’s Report
Members to receive and consider the Chamber’s 2021 financial statements, a copy of which is attached to this Notice of AGM.
Motion
That the Chamber’s 2021 financial statements presented at the AGM be adopted.
6.30pm:
Election of Executive Committee members,
preceded by a motion to be passed by members that “Pursuant to clause 14(2) of the Constitution the number of Executive Committee members be set at a maximum of 15.
6.35pm:
General business arising.
Please note that only financial members of the HCC may vote at this AGM.
