Last week the Chinese Garden of Friends celebrated the 40th Anniversary of Sister State-Province Relationship between New South Wales and Guangdong Province. This wonderful afternoon of official tree planting and positive diplomatic relations featured the Hon. Dr. Geoffrey Lee, NSW Minister for Skills and Tertiary Education and His Excellency , Mr. Zhang Hu, Vice Governor of Guangdong Province, China, NSW Property CEO Sam Romaniuk, Karen Soo, Jessie Xiao, Vincent Lim, Jack Lee, Richard Hughes and Arthur Chao.
