Dixon Street Building Sold First Time Since 1903
82-84 Dixon Street, Chinatown
After four generations the three level building at 82-84 Dixon Street recently sold for $19.9 million. Knight Frank’s Dominic Ong, head of Asian markets ran the sale with the likelihood for this property to be redeveloped.
Mr Ong said the premium location of the Dixon Street property, as well as its redevelopment potential, made it a highly attractive opportunity for investors.
