With the second COVID-19 lockdown to hit Sydney since the start of the pandemic from 26 June to 10 July, Haymarket businesses have been hit harder than most. The Chamber would like to call on its members and their friends to support the local business community, especially those in the hospitality industry that cannot work from home!

It is fantastic to see some of the world’s most recognisable brands investing and supporting local businesses in Chinatown for their commercial initiatives. Google and American Express are two global firms that have recently launched marketing campaigns featuring Chinatown businesses such as Marigold Restaurant, Chat Thai, Boon Cafe, Iiko Mazesoba and Bancho.
