Small business owners can take advantage of free professional advice from industry experts when the Small Biz Bus pulls into Haymarket next month.
Operated by the Office of the NSW Small Business Commissioner, the Small Biz Bus travels to business hubs around NSWconnecting small business owners with business advisors and community services to help local businesses grow.
The Small Biz Bus will be at Dixon Street Mall, Haymarket, on Wednesday 11 May from 9am to 3pm.
“Sydney is undergoing one of the biggest transformations in its history, with the building of a new light rail network and the pedestrianisation of George Street,” Lord Mayor Clover Moore said.
“This will transform the heart of the city and have a positive impact on Chinatown, encouraging more people into the bustling Haymarket area, and enable local businesses to flourish.
“The Small Biz Bus offers local business operators and startups the chance to tap into invaluable information to help grow their business.”

NSW Small Business Commissioner, Robyn Hobbs, said small businesses can meet their local business advisor on board the bus for personalised advice to make sure their business is on the right track.
“The Office of the NSW Small Business Commissioner is devoted to making sure that in NSW ideas can become a reality, businesses can start out strong and opportunities are embraced,” said Ms Hobbs.
The Small Biz Bus is an initiative of the state government and an extension of the Small Biz Connect program. Launched in 2012, last year the Small Biz Bus has visited 327 communities across NSW.
The Small Biz Bus will be at Dixon Street Mall, Haymarket on Wednesday 11 May from 9am to 3:00pm.
