During Haymarket’s transformation over the next 2-3 years, HCC is currently initiating creative and proactive local area plans in collaboration with key local stakeholders and third party groups to develop a social enterprise co-operative network which will be integral in maintaining and supporting Haymarket’s thriving commercial and cultural community.
Social enterprise co-operatives achieve innovative collaboration across public, community and private organisations can be seen with a recently launched Australian magazine Forge. This private enterprise initiative has brought together organisations such as CSIRO, University of Sydney, Aust. Govt of Industry and Science, IPTA to produce an innovative hybrid publication which highlights Australia’s brightest government, private, and public success stories and entrepreneurial ideas.
