As pubic and private spaces transform, the way we engage, connect and experience our cities evolve. Culture and emerging ‘urban’ culture can take many forms such as sustainable buildings, diverse use of space and community interaction. Worlds’s Best Cities for Events
NSW has again been recognised as one of the world’s best event cities. Sydney, Newcastle and Coffs Harbour have each been bestowed the International Festivals & Events Association (IFEA) World Festival and Event City Award, and Destination NSW has also received seven awards including three Gold, in the 2015 IFEA/Haas & Wilkerson Pinnacle Awards for Vivid Sydney.
